Ask us to delete your account or information
Fill in the details below and send the request by e-mail or WhatsApp. A committee admin will check it is really you and delete your information within 30 days, then confirm to you. ✉️ Send by e-mail 💬 Send by WhatsAppE-mail goes to vscgreatbritain@gmail.com. WhatsApp lets you choose any VSC committee member to send it to.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone, e-mail, address and date of birth from our membership, registration and contact lists.
- Your member login and PIN.
- Kalai Vizha replies, volunteer sign-ups, lift requests, photos, notices and recordings you sent.
What we may keep
- Payment records needed for the club's accounts, kept only as long as the law requires.
- A note of your number on our "do not message" list if you asked us to stop messaging you, so you are never messaged again.
